Each day, the team downloaded bank statements, saved transaction details in an Oracle database, and manually created cash receipts for each transaction in the Oracle EBS application. This manual process was not only time-consuming but also prone to errors, leading to inefficiencies and increased operational costs. The client needed a solution to automate this process to ensure accuracy and save time.

- Bot Development: Created a bot to automatically check the mailbox for incoming invoices, extract the relevant invoice details, and apply them in the Oracle EBS application for efficient cash receipt creation.
