To enhance integration for their Salesforce-reliant customers, Icertis needed to modernize their existing Salesforce adapter. The adapter’s outdated interface and limited functionalities no longer met competitive standards, prompting the need for an upgrade. They aimed to create a more intuitive, feature-rich experience to keep pace with customer needs.

Victrix provided experienced Salesforce developers who utilized an agile development approach to revamp the Icertis adapter, updating it from Salesforce Classic to the modern Lightning experience. Key solutions included:
- Enhanced Interface: Redesigned the UI for a more intuitive user experience within Salesforce.
- New Features:
- Integrated contract creation and management directly from Salesforce accounts, opportunities, and quotes.
- Enabled contract status tracking, Chatter notifications, and structured forms for faster contract creation.
- Developed seamless data transfer and syncing between Salesforce and Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI).
- Built a rules-driven workflow for contract approvals and milestone tracking within Salesforce.
Additionally, Victrix custom-developed a second managed package for an Icertis client post-merger, allowing the client to manage data from two ICI instances within a single Salesforce platform.
